What You Need to Have

We are looking for experienced and inspiring Room Leaders to guide our classroom teams. If you’re passionate about program planning, supporting educators, and championing children’s development, this role is for you.
Your Role
Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality programs
Mentor and guide educators to ensure excellence in practice
Maintain strong communication with families
Ensure compliance with ACECQA, NQS, and service policies
Create a positive, organised, and nurturing room environment
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth
What You Need to Have
Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)
Previous room leader or senior educator experience (preferred)
Excellent knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and child-safe practices
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Current WWCC + First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
